I loved watching my girls tucking into cornThere’s something truly satisfying, to watch a little chicken like Gizmo pecking at an ear of corn.
Oh, my gosh - they are looking all grown up! They must be in the teen stage now - mini adults!!!Fluffy Butt Friday

Some varieties are sweet enough to eat while some are tasteless starch. I used to eat my corn right at picking off the stalk. So fresh & sweet. I only had one chicken then... a neighbor boy gifted her to me when he learned I grew up on a farm & he even built her a nice little coop for her to roost... year 1971-72 so sorry I have no real pic of the sweetie red hen.Anyone ever eat cornright from the cob without cooking it first? I bought some corn for the kids $.33 cents each at Walmart.
I bought 30 ears and I think I made the cashier a little angrybut I tried an ear and I found it very delicious
