Official Squatch Watchers

OH! I almost forgot to post this!!!

After the DR appointment yesterday, we went out scavenger hunting. While looking for a particular item, we found a bird in her nest. PIC didn't see the bird, and popped his head up into the tree, which then scared the bird away.

We found 4 eggs in the nest:

Is it weird that I wanted to grab at least one of the eggs and take it home to see if I could hatch it?!?!? I DIDN'T DON'T WORRY! We know they have mama bird taking care of them!

I had a Mamma Robin that let me check her nest. It was so cute. I’d walk up and talk to her. She’d hop off the nest and go a few branches away. I’d peek in the nest and talk to her about what I see. “Oh Mamma 4 beautiful eggs.” (Like she didn’t know she’d been sitting on them) I’d walk off and she’d settle in again. Did it all the way past once the babies hatched and started to fledge. Saw the last 2 fly off.

Those are robin's eggs I think.

Hey peeps!

It was a really beautiful day here in NJ, I think it was in the high 70s or 80. I went over my sister's and played with my little nephew who is turning one, and we took him to the park. It was so nice! I'll send pics when I get em.

My chooks free ranged in the yard for a couple hours and got snuggles. They never fail to bring a smile to my face. I love them!

I got a rejection letter about the HS job today. It's a bummer, but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Woulda been great as it was just 5 minutes from my house, but oh well. I'll just keep looking, and subbing in the meantime.

I am really prejudiced, but I think he is the most gorgeous baby in the whole world!! He is REALLY FREAKING ADORABLE..... :love :love :love
