Will she eat when she's finally hungry? I haven't found giant broody poops either...My broody hens tend to get up 2 or 3 times a day for a mad dash to poo, eat, drink, dust, raise heck along the way then back on the nest.
The biggest issue is if someone else in her spot when she comes back.
You have food and drink right there for her. Just have to get it sealed up so she cannot end up on the wrong nest or others squeezing in.

But maybe also offer plain water in addition to the drench. Just in case she prefers that. Excited for your hatch!
