How big are the holes?

Looks like a big ole crawfish to me too. Yup water dwelling creature.

Could be mice, rats, snakes, moles, voles, armadillos and a bunch of other critters making holes.

We just found this in our yard. Buddy found it with the PIC, but Buddy is NOT what killed it.

1. WTF is it?!?! STDH says it's a crawdaddy, but this thing is more the size of a baby lobster! I've NEVER seen a crawdad this big!

2. Could this be what is creating holes in our yard?

Crawdads. Live in water
Lobsters have spines unless they are the main lobsters... but even then they are shaped as little different. ​

So i have a boatload of quail eggs coming and i just found out someone else is sending different quail eggs and pheasant eggs! i love it! These eggs i have had better hurry up and hatch!

Some crayfish burrow if the water table is high... They make a mound by the hole they started at... the exit hole,if they have one, is just a hole. That looks like a crayfish... but a big one

The guineas will be done hatching in 2 days, and the guail eggs from Gilmanor swap should hatch sunday. That empties out 2 bators. My home made bator holds 2 trays of eggs, and i can fit a lot of eggs in each tray. I should be good.

Well just doled out mealies and superworms what a riot! I've been pretty much wormless since friday except for dried ones which princesses Ray and Duece won't eat "brats" so they've been bodyslamming the brooder when I walk by and peeping LOUDLY just in case i magically had worms. Worms were due here yesterday but usps scanned them wrong zipcode undeliverable and i didn't get them until today. Kicker ya'll, rainbow mealworms actually contacted ME and told me usps tatered up and apologised! Omg customer service, i'm floored! It really does exsist! Lulu flat out bit me on the hooter going after a rouge worm i'm shocked i survived the whole ordeal.

Moles and shrews have heart attacks really easily. A cricket could have farted near the mole hill and took it out.

I saw a mole yesterday when I was mowing the chicken field. They are HUGE! (compared to mice and voles)
