Hello! Congrats on the piggies!

I had my second milk drinker 9 days ago. Another boy. I got my VBAC! :yesss:

Big brother just turned 3 on Monday.

Got the kids in bed.
New roost made a few happy, had to set Ethel, Dutch, and Tucks on the roost they are so use to getting chased off they didn't notice the new one.
Put Beavis out on a roost all by herself and Rene across from her she's alone too because she's mean lately.
Littles have the wide back roost so they can flop. Scratched Prince's little beard and he just melted lol!
Didn't know if he liked beard scratches, apparently he does. :)

I haven't closed my goons in yet. Soon, but not yet. :p

Bitty makes her kids go to bed early. My other teenagers are a party crowd. :lau

Did up a bunch of peas and have a BUNCH to go.

All my new plants are sitting in shallow water for the night. I am excited to get them in the ground in the morning. I have bush beans soaking in shallow room temp bottled water. My broccoli is really taking off. Several have crowns forming.
:yesss:

Bigger boxes are definitely going to be needed. I worry Bitty might get buried under her tiny little daughters.
No kidding she'll literally be sitting on them in a few weeks just a derp mountain. :lau
Ok everyone is closed in. :woot

Bitty is having a hard time fitting in the nest box with those two cute little Derps.

I will have to get her bigger boxes worked on this weekend.

Hubs has tomorrow off(ish). He is home unless calls come in. I hope that means he will help out some here.

Gurtrude will be spending the night at the vet. It's definitely not a surgery for most chicken keepers, as the minimum is $1000, and we could be paying as much as $1300. For us it's worth it, as she's DD#4s emotional support animal. Plus DD#4 is paying for almost all of it.
Glad to hear she is out of surgery and recovering. Hugs to you and DD#4, and give Gurtrude a bite of salmon from us when she is feeling better.

Morning folks :frow
