Official Squatch Watchers

They do great as moms. My Bitty will adopt anything. She is super at keeping them warm. I have only given her LF chicks and she had no problem covering 4 in early march.
The only issue I have had was that the only BC I have had go broody was my black ones. My mottled and silver laced never did.

Hubby said I can order a few.... Ideal has black regular feathered but straight run only. I have very close neighbors so a rooster would be a no no.

You are sweet to offer me a pick of your hatches.
:love
Hell your my oldest friend on BYC well except for Kikis

She come up to me, and she and Gurtrude both jump up on me for love and cuddles. It's kind funny, Lizbeth does a little excited tap dance for a couple steps when someone she really likes comes out to the kitchen when they're getting free range. They also talk excitedly when certain people are in the same part of the house, they definitely have their favorites.

There should be a 24 hr grocery store that would have one. Otherwise, use a cutting board as a press, or if you have an adjustable thickness pasta maker... Cutting board would be easiest, and you can use the flat side of a meat tenderizing mallet to work on flattening it.

I was thinking of getting another while in town tomorrow. It is easier than looking through all those boxes!
Guess i need to hit the bed because i have to get up early to call the drs office.
Have a restful and restorative sleep friends!
