Official Squatch Watchers

You guys need to use your poop, then its not so annoying. I am building a great compost heap for using bird poo, and bunny poo goes right on the garden.
My chicken's poo goes in a pile in the corner of the yard. It's STINKS, but I haven't tossed any straw out there in a while to cover it (I burned the last bunch b/c I was worried about bugs, but the ended up being wood bugs and didn't bother the chickens)... The chickens dig through it and eat the maggots. Dog poo isn't my problem b/c they're not my dogs.. that cats are nice enough not to go where people walk.

You can't use dog poop for a darn thing except tanning leather Cappy, same with cat poop. Chicken poop is welcome "sorta" because it is useful, and rabbit is almost magical as a fertilizer. Usefull poopers aren't nearly so bad.:)

I get to mostly ignore dog poop, they mostly go out in the woods. Cat poop is just gross, i agree but the febreeze litter really helps.

There was one dog I would have taken in a heartbeat a couple years back. He was some kind of mix but he was a good fella I didn't get any sort of weirdness off of him. His name was Earl, hubs didn't want him because he was already grown and "ugly". But truly that is how I pick dogs if i'm going to have one, either I like them or I don't kind of like people. I don't care about age or if they're full blooded anything. :)

Lol! See you KNOW what i'm talking about! I'm not anti dog but right now i'm blissfully dog turd free. I'd have to pick up the poop, couldn't have chickens eating poops. It is about to be winter and I just don't see me freezing, going on the worst treasure hunt ever. Plus I don't want to do all that don't eat the chickens and cat stuff. The fence isn't up to snuff for a dog either and it would have to be super secure for a shepard. Going to sound awful and I aplogise in advance to anybody who has one but I just don't like german shepards. I don't trust them, they seem much too driven for my personal comfort.:caf
I'm not a dog person. Never have been. I can tolerate them, and will pet & care for other people's dogs, but I would NEVER own one & probably would never live w/ someone who had one.

Agree the cat litter is nasty! The girl here just gets worse with age, sometimes i'd swear a bear snuck in and crapped in the box. I have said she'll be the last cat for a very, very long time. She's 17 years old so she obviously is fine with that aside from the diabetes and monster poops she's still in fairly good shape. This morning she was loving on her catnip banana like she was a kitten. I may end up with a cat that can legally drink.:gig
That's the one thing I don't miss at all about having cats. No more cat litter... though I still have to scoop poop in the coop. [rhyming not intentional]. It is much easier (and less gross) than the non-pdz poop board I had last summer.

Jasmine always had the nastiest poops. No matter what I fed her it was just smelly and gross, but 9lives def made it worse. It's like a baby... how can something so small make so much of something & it smell like a whole herd of cows dropped a deuce at the same time.

Dogs aren't a must have here either, iv'e had a few but only one really good one. To have another one i'd have to really just "going to sound hippy dippy here" connect with it. I don't know, I can just tell if any animal is going to be a fit or not. I'm not going to fight tooth and nail just to have something, it just has to sort of fold in.:)
