Helpful article that provides links to each breed it mentions. These 10 breeds (at the time of writing) were all either "critical" or "threatened" breeds but I'm not sure what that means exactly and the article doesn't offer definitions of the classifications.
I'm also not sure if the info is up to date or if some breeds have changed classifications by rebounding or becoming more scarce.
