OMG, you had me laughing so hard!!! My cat does that all the time (and swats all writing utensils on the floor... then looks over the edge of the table at them like 'huh, how did that happen'!!
And please don't ask me why I switched on italics, one of the cats just did it and also removed the option to turn them off again.
He also drafted but thankfully did not send an e-mail.
My PC has a touchscreen which I love but is a mixed blessing with cats who love to play on it.
Congratulations! I would say go get a drink to celebrate, but given the temperature and the A/C situation, maybe you should treat yourself to an ice-cream instead. Yesterday was National Ice-cream day in case you need any encouragement.I passed the exam!![]()
Thank you. I really like #3, but also 5 &6, and #8 is going to be a stunner when he grows up!I love the coloring on #1![]()
I can't pick another black chicken out of loyalty to Bella!Thank you. I really like #3, but also 5 &6, and #8 is going to be a stunner when he grows up!I think all chicks are cute, I really can't pick a favorite!
I must say, though, I thought for sure you would have picked #4
Speaking of which (black chickens, that is), how did the new syringes/tubing work with Bella?
Marie’s hen Flexi, had passed away. I feel so very sad for her about losing Flexi. She was a beautiful, friendly lady, like my Rocks-Anne was.Alex what have I missedwhat's going on ??? What happened? I cant find a post for Flexi

I can't pick another black chicken out of loyalty to Bella!
The new syringe and tubing works like a dream. But I fear Bella is going down hill. Her crop is now not emptying. Well, not fully emptying.
She sneezed (as she does) and sprayed chick formula and some meal worms which she had last night all over me.
She hasn't aspirated and apart from the couple of meal worms she 'sneezed' out she has had no solid food for almost a week - just my tube feeding. So I assume her slowing crop indicates that her body is shutting down and I think I will lose her soon.
She is still somewhat perky and interested in her surroundings. She moves herself to the nest box at night and to a corner of the run for the day, but apart from that she just sits and watches what goes on around her.
I am not ready to euthanize because I don't believe she has pain and she is still alert and interested in her surroundings - but I obviously cannot tube feed her if her crop is half full.
