Remember the cochins, were gifted, they do not count. The chicks, were hatched with no plans on keeping although Ducky stays.
I think that takes you down to 6. I have assumed the crosses are all unique breeds on the grounds that they would all be unique mixes.
Now you only have 6, you clearly need some more!

Bob's arbitrary rule reeks highly of "common core" math that failed in our school systems. Kentucky I think finally got rid of it. I live in KY, this rule should not apply to me. Besides most of the chicks all my chickens have names. How else am I going to get my number down to next to nothing from over 30 if you count the chicks.
Chicks count for a 2/3. Mixes, I would think, fall into the separate breeds category, so as long as the mixes are different, they are separate "breeds", especially if they look different too.

And of course do not count the geegees - they do not count! Nor does Happy.... 💕

Lets see:
one Rooster
FBCM - Brownie
Azure- Snicker and Doodle
Moss- Flour, Sugar, Powder
Wellsummer- Ginger
Wellsummer or Sage (still unsure)- Cinnamon
Amerucana - Peanut Butter
Silverudds Blue - Biscotti

Therefore only 8 chickens actually exist, I think 🤔 Math isn’t my strong suit.

No, 4. 1 roo, 2 moss, 1 azure. (Assuming cinnamon is a sage). The rest don't count as they are representing each separate breed.

That's correct. Most all of us have named our chickens. If we don't eliminate that one everyone's count would be 0.

But it's ok! You can't have 0 (otherwise people will wonder if we are crazy! saying we don't have any chickens!)....

No the first hen of each breed doesn't count - so you only have one! (can't have 0)....

What do you call her comb? It’s like a pea comb and it’s different from the Buckeyes pea combs which have distinguishable sort-of rows, little fleur de lis when you look straight-on at them.
Well, I'm not sure, exactly. I do call it a pea comb...but she is half DC and half BR. So, it is close to a pea comb, but a little 'fuller; if you will.

Applying the chicken math rules to that I think you only have 23 chickens. It could be less if you have more than 3 roosters or if you hatched any of the babies intending them to go to other people.
I think it's 19. 3rd roo doesn't count, roos don't count for Breed, and assuming all the mixes are the same mix...
