Rooster size comparison. Pullet pictured is Mera. Hector and Cheetah are obvious.

Coffee can behind Cheetah is the great value 48oz (1.36kg) size

Reason number at this point 1,00,000 why my smoking has increased. Had to go outside to put Lilly, Cricket and Baby who wants to be broody off the porch and back on the roost. Walk back in to find grandma in the living room. Her walker which she was using, in the kitchen. She walked off and left it and used the walls and furniture to support her.

Bernadette seems to be enjoying her new found mobility.
I was reassured to see she can really sprint when she needs to, she is showing off by not jumping on the intermediate height tree stump (even Bella does that), and what is with the crazy dance moves?
:lau
That’s great that she’s getting around like that!

Never give up, never surrender! Buy some butterscotch candies instead of cigarettes?

I am sorry. It is so tough. You do need to release the agenda a little bit. Perfect is not achievable. She will always assert her independence and leave her walker behind, refuse to bathe etc. Eventually you will need to come to terms with her not doing what she is supposed to do or you will drive yourself completely nuts.
You can only do what you can do.
Sorry, I don't mean to talk out of turn, but like others I have been through something similar and had to learn to accept things as they were even though I knew how they should be. Parents and grandparents can be very stubborn. I imagine we were all stubborn as kids too!

I know I need to. But this is going to lead to a fall. My floors are slick laminated floating floor, she is wearing thin socks and when she uses the furniture as support she's leaning.
