That is some pretty butt Aurora has..... ........but I digress.

Lilly again taking up a box for no egg and poor Aurora crossing her legs until Hattie was done because of it.

Mine do not share anything. I see these pictures all the time but my ladies each need their privacy apparently.

Bath Time!

Aurora got her first bath yesterday. It was very traumatic for her. As you all know, she hates human contact. I had to trick her to even grab her. Her butt was a mess but it is clean now. I could not let go of her in the water like all of the others. She never relaxed.

My poor wet girl afterwards. No blow dry for her.

I bet she doesn't come near me for days.

Poor girl! Did she not like the blow drier?

I could never do this without COVID. Too much travel. If I wasn’t home I could not ask Mrs BY Bob to manage it.

This has worked out very well in that sense. I am very excited to see them hatch and her raise them. I'm also apprehensive because it's all up to her. I have no idea how or when to help if needed. I hope she's ready. She really scared me yesterday by sitting on the wrong nest.

I would never be able to hold her for the blow dryer. Lilly just sat on my lap and let Mrs BY Bob gently blow her dry. She also settled down in the water and enjoyed a good soak. Whereas, every fiber of Aurora's being last night was focused on escape. I could not relax my grip at all.
