I really did not intend to make everyone cry. :hugs :hugs
Haven't yet read it - downloaded it onto my laptop...

But I am betting it will be like watching 'Call the Midwife' - so emotional. When it first started I used to call it my Wednesday night cry session.

Can you put the nest boxes up off the floor a wee bit? (Like on 2x4s or left over floor bricks something?) Then the rat could run under them:gig instead of into them?

When you are home for Christmas break, that is, obviously not now!
I will have to do something - those silkies are just not built for roosting up high. I thought putting the steps in would help... but all it does is help them get UP! they just launch themselves off the roost in the morning! Maybe a slide?

I had to yell for mum to go grab Curly this morning she was just going to launch herself into space! brat of a bird!

No Two Fors...

but some Tuesday photos of the kiddos running around earlier.

Everyone but Mr P was there - I yelled for him and he did sashy over after a bit hahaha. But didn't get a photo of him.

Well it sounds like you had a great time even if you didn't 'go somewhere'. After all just relaxing is a good thing!

Oh and YES dry the turkey!
Never having fried a Turkey I have to ask - why is drying so important ?
