My shade trees are getting cut down today. The trimmers are not being very careful. One big trunk landed on my coop!
I’m not happy about it!

Half of the trees are on my property, but hang over the fence to next door. I’m going to have to repair the coop. The roof is bent in front on one corner. I really don’t want to start a war over a few trees.

That’s pretty negligent of them to damage your property, I would ask for a reduction in the price to cut them down.

I’m not paying a cent for the labor. I don’t mind losing the trees, but they weren’t bothering me either.
