Went to visit Teddy’s mama today and checked out her chooks - one in particular caught my eye and I can only assume it’s a Curly x Mr P baby.

She has normal feathers but she’s a splash and has feathers on her legs.

Ok well she could be from any one of the silkies I guess - isnt she a gem?!

I can’t find anyone who wants to pull weeds! Even at the church, they don’t want to get down on their knees!
And I’m too busy with the tractor. New belt twice a month !

Surely a youth would help, if the church throws a little treat of some kind for them

I have noted this with colts also, they get clobbered by the mares, so I put them in with my old stallion who would also put them in their place. They learned to be good boys.

If I can get through the next yr without Bert being a moron I will feel much better.
