Nope it it is milkweed I bought it this spring in hopes of attracting the butterflies.

I don't know how many are out there, iv'e got some teeny weeny ones too. They are so COOL! Iv'e never seen one in the flesh.

I did my caterpillar research before I planted. I got orange and yellow milkweed. I never got to see the yellow bloom something ate it "i'm thinking it was caterpillars now lol!" I planted yarrow in the same pot, thought it all would have time to multiply so I could spread it out. I was mistaken.

Monarch caterpillars will only eat milkweed, therefore the butterflies only lay eggs on milkweed. It keeps it simple enough.

@pitbullmomma I’ll take EVIL Pippins! I’ve got a frizzle on my list of need to haves and evil doesn’t scare me. LOL I have Taterhead and B!tch Pudding! (I’ve been in a pecking match with her more then once.) My little BC Frannie is quite the pistol and needs a cohort in crime.

My friend that used to vet tech with me is supposed to take Pippins this weekend...otherwise you could have her nasty azz! How would you get her though, Ohio is far from here!
