Woke up this morning to LOTS of smoke, and there was a thin layer of ash on the ground. *smacks face*

the silkies get to spend some time outside but I'm sure they hate the smoke. For some reason Nekbother isn't crowing. Oh wait he just did

After the beating he took from that rooster I can see why he might avoid his lady.

I’m not sure if that rooster that beat him up was even from next door. I haven’t seen him before or since. But the chickens are still here in my yard. Mine are under the porch. Jaffar is inside with me. It’s really such a beautiful day, I should be out somewhere, but I don’t feel like flying or even driving anywhere today.
Laziness is creeping up and strangling me !

Wind Sucking?

Also known as cribbing.

It’s were the horse grabs hold of a fence board, stall door, or other thing they can sink their teeth into and while gripping the board gulp air down into their stomach.

It’s a habit that releases endorphins in their brain and gives them that feel good feeling.

It can damage their teeth, and cause them to possibly have colic.

But the big thing is, it drives me and the other horses nuts! So I chase her away from the back door so she doesn’t drive me bonkers.
