How many hens are in the 'small bantam flock"? And, how old is he compare to the members of the other flock? I'm inclined to say get him a couple of pullets of his own....but it really depends on your answer above - and whether the other flock has seen him (i.e. somewhat familiar if not integrated) Also - general flock dynamics.
That is why I suggested some larger girls if they have extra. I think they have several breeding pens set up so finding spare pullets could be tough. Realistically though since they are finally getting fertile eggs they could hatch a few soon and hope for some pullets. In the meantime go through your breeding pens and pick a lady or two, they do not have to be bantams to house with him. This will teach him manners with hens and if you can hatch some pullets swap them out in about 4 to 5 months.

In the bantams area, there is 2 breeding pairs of serams, then there are 2 cochin hens 1 Brahma bantam hen with a cochin roo. They hatched together. The other one is white Brahma with 6 hens and 4 roos. I alternate the hens. The Japanese were removed 3 times before someone reached out and asked if I had room
I started looking for girls right away. They are all relatively close in age. And they have been fence buddies since.
I can take the Brahma hen and see if they vibe well. I just now got fertile eggs from them. I also have a silke roo with 2 hen and 2 chick's hatching now. The other 2 flocks are 1 flock of backyard mix and 1 flock of big chickens. Brahma jersey giamlgiants orpingtons etc

Molting update: only Sylvie & Bernie are molting, Sylvie very badly. Tassels has stopped laying. No pictures though, I imagine RC can’t bear to even look at Sylvie for very long!

The one thing I hate about keeping chickens, is waking up excited to see your babies and finding one that didn't wake up.
One of my Japanese Bantams roosters fell asleep for the final time. He was looking off yesterday kinda sluggish like they do when they have coccidia. I treated their water. Cleaned the coop and run
I wasn't ready. His brother wasn't wither apparently because he's been doing a low one note crow all morning. He looks so sad that I honestly think he may go to from a broken heart. I have him separate for thr coccidia just in case so I don't know what to do. He is all by himself.
RIP Marty.
Me and McFly miss you already sweet boy.
I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. :hugs :hugs :hugs :hugs

Free to any home at the moment. Big 9 year old neutered hunter. If you take him I hope you like LIVE presents being brought inside the house to be killed and partially eaten at a later date. Last night he managed to sneak in with a ground mole and let it loose in the laundry room. This morning he caught it again and killed it and ate 2/3rds of it. The lovely guts were left in the dining room for a unsuspecting person to step on. Me, I was that person.

Joking about the rehoming part, although right now I could be tempted.
