It'd be a great way to have to arrest yourself.
Yes I saw that hack on the internet, I will give him a true PUNKROCK hairdoSad you can’t get the stuff you need, but the laughter was for the accent.
How about a homemade concoction for his head. Blue food coloring diluted with water and/or alcohol/aloe juice and sprayed using a regular spray bottle. You can add a bit of your favorite topical antibiotic to the concoction if it suits your needs, as well.
She sure is doing well, and I bet she loves the attention and wants to join in. She is a true princessMy neighbour was trying out how loud his music box was working in his car, while his mother and I watched. Princess made us all laugh because she started too loudly complain.
She even went down to the bottom of the garden telling him off.
She may have got used to her own company now, and really gets into the thick of things here with whoever she is with.
My neighbours really are amused by her

Hahahahahaha gosh I love when they all cram in together! Too funny. Of course there is always one who goes off on her own to sleep in a nestbox@Ponypoor

Check out who heard us this morning. The three youngsters are all on their own perch together tonight!! And the four OGs are scrunched up on their roomy digs.
Edited to change out the photo for one where the pests are more visible.
Same here - anything goes and it changes from time to time. Not a clue. Happens here too. They mostly seem to get better about clean bums, but there's always 1 who NEVER figures out how to keep it clean and always 1 who NEVER mucks it up. With 20 +/- a bit hens I have a decent sized pool for observation any given year. Twirp, Pear, and Cardhu have never had mucky butts from laying eggs. Silver, and Pippa always seemed to have a mucky butt. The rest....![]()
Yes, let his feathers grow a bit longer instead of the short ends being spikey and ripe for preeningSurprisingly there was not much drama this morning when I opened the door. I may as well leave the door open as long as it’s mild.
Oh and those pullets are going to drive me batty, poor Mr P is just pecked to pieces on his headI feel like I may need to lock him away in the Summer House with some of the older ladies for a few days to let his wounds heal. I so wish I still had some of that blue spray I had with the horses.
Any suggestions anyone to stop them pecking him?
